Is hosting a board really free?

Yes. LocalSix covers the full cost of designing, producing and installing the board. There’s no fee to the venue, now or later.

What does the venue actually get?

A professionally made, branded writable board. The top section is entirely yours to use for classes, offers, events or any notices you’d like to display, and you can update it as often as you like.

How much does advertising cost?

£399+VAT per business, for a 12-month term on a specific board. That’s the full cost — there are no separate setup or artwork fees.

Can two businesses in the same category advertise on one board?

Where practical, no. We aim to sell only one advertising space per business category on each board, so you’re not sharing a wall with a direct competitor.

When does a board actually get made?

Only once all six advertising tiles on that board have been sold and paid for. This protects both the venue, who gets a complete board rather than a half-empty one, and the advertisers, who know exactly who else is on it before production starts.

What if my preferred venue or category isn’t available?

Let us know anyway. We keep a note of interest in specific venues, areas and categories, and we’ll get in touch as soon as a matching space opens up.

Do I need to design my own advert?

No. Once you’ve reserved a tile, we’ll ask for your logo, key details and any images you’d like included, and take care of the artwork from there.

What happens after 12 months?

We’ll contact you before your term ends so you can choose to renew. There’s no automatic rolling charge.

Which areas does LocalSix currently cover?

We’re starting in Belvedere, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Erith, Sidcup and the surrounding Kent and South East London area, with plans to expand further across the UK.
