Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry about hosting a board or advertising with LocalSix, and to keep a record of that conversation. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us, and, where a commercial relationship follows, taking steps toward a contract.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, including hosting infrastructure and an email delivery service. These providers process data on our instructions and don’t use it for their own purposes. We don’t sell personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, and will delete it sooner on request where we’re not required to keep it for another lawful reason.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your personal data, and you can ask us to provide a copy of it in a portable format. To do any of this, email hello@localsix.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
